Who we are
Everything runs out of one building in Medley.
Roberto Lopez started Express Freight International, Inc. in 1992, and his family still owns it. Cargo comes into our 50,000 sq ft bonded warehouse, where we check it, consolidate it or cross-dock it, and it leaves by sea, air or road on schedules we publish. Customs clearance is managed in-house, and the agent handling your file keeps you posted until it’s delivered.

Import and export through MIA, airport to airport or door to door. Book by 12:00 PM and it lands in most of Latin America the next morning.

Weekly LCL on 56 lanes, and full containers loaded at our dock or yours. Every lane’s cutoff is published.

Trucking
Our own box trucks and bonded drivers across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Past that, we book a vetted carrier and tell you who it is.

Warehousing & Distribution
50,000 sq ft, bonded, with 18 dock doors in Medley. Storage, consolidation, pick and pack, crating, cross-docking and container loading.

Cross-Docking
Pallets move off one truck and onto the next in under an hour each way, inside our bonded CFS. In by 12:00 PM, out the same day.

Customs Clearance
We manage import clearance in the building your freight comes into. The entry itself is filed by the licensed customs broker we work with.

Insurance
All-risk cargo coverage, arranged with an outside underwriter and quoted with your freight, so both numbers arrive together.
